Since 1990, Ernie has been dedicated to serving the youth of Central MA through various volunteer roles. His passion grew in 1994 when he founded Pride Productions, Inc., driven by a desire to support at-risk youth. Growing up in Roxbury, MA, Ernie experienced the challenges of crime but was positively influenced by mentors who introduced him to the performing arts and sports, particularly basketball. This led to over 250 athletic scholarship offers, and he chose the College of the Holy Cross. His continued mission is to uplift youth through community initiatives.
